Completely miss led my wife into buying something that does not do what Steve claimed it would. Now we are stuck with a paper weight and 2 year contract. Not happy will never be back there again.

Totally misled. Classic bait and switch sales tactics. Woman working estimated that my new bill under family plan would be at $89.00/per month, just slightly more than what I was paying. I spent $146.00 on the spot for “insurance and other fees to add a family member to the plan” Thought it was such a great deal that perhaps I should add my mother to my plan. We went in had a different rep say that it would be no problem it would be an initial $40 but, then it would only be an extra 40.00 per month) but, they didn’t have the phone in stock so she would have to come back in week. Well she paid 49 on the spot, but in the meantime...

(imagine the shock when my bill arrived for $377.00). Without my mom even added. Upon going in to pick up moms phone there was yet another rep working. Who then wanted to charge my mom an additional 70 bucks, we began asking questions and this guy said that the other guy was filling in, and wasn’t as knowledgeable, hmmmm, but then I asked more questions and brought my bill into question, I was told that there isn’t a woman that works there. At this point I really felt dismayed and we cancelled my mom and asked to refund money. Which took roughly 40 minutes. This salesperson refused to look into my bill nor refer me to any sales manager or give me a store franchise #. I told him that there must be someone that I can talk to. He got mad. I firmly said that it really seemed illegal or fraudulent that there was no protocol nor accountability in the handling of customer accounts and transactions. He got even madder. He ended up refunding my moms 49.00 in cash, because he couldn’t return it via her MasterCard. He wouldn’t address any of my consumer concerns and I made it known that I would contact Verizon myself with concerns and questions. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 15 years. I feel like this was a scam. The fact that there are people making deals that aren’t accurate is completely unacceptable. The fact that no one will assume responsibility is questionable and the defensiveness and patterns of no accountability display a lack of integrity at the consumers expensive. There must be someone in charge. So be careful get everything promised signed by someone who actually can be certifiable. Otherwise.....

Staff was VERY helpful and helped lower my monthly bill while getting me a new phone at the same time!

All "NEW FRIENDLY" staff with 100% focus put towards customer service, honest, take time to explain everything. Totally different atmosphere A+++ knowledge and service now
